Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered match its order.
In case a product received by you is damaged/defective/wrong product has been shipped, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of merchandise by writing to us a support@worldofchai.com with images of the same.

No returns will be accepted if it is not notified to us within the stipulated time period.

Exchange of any product is not allowed. 

No returns will be entertained if such proof of return is not provided by the buyer within the first 48 hours upon receipt.

The buyer accepts that it is the decision of WorldofChai to determine refund is possible based on the condition of the product. 

We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank,Branch to process the refund.

All refunds will be made within 10-15 days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.


We cannot offer return or refund or exchange in an unfortunate scenario where the ordered product does not suit your taste or has been wrongly ordered. However, we will take your feedback into consideration.
